These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meet2Learn at https://meet2learn.com ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Meet2Learn. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Use of the Platform on behalf of an organization constitutes your agreement to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@meet2learn.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, rate limits, or any other platform restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Attendees
As an attendee, you may register for events listed on the Platform subject to each event's specific requirements, capacity limits, and pricing.
4. Hosts
Host access requires approval. Once approved, hosts may create, publish, and manage events on the Platform.
5. Content Policy
You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Platform. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate the account responsible.
6. Payments
Payments for paid events are processed through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge in the amount displayed at checkout.
All prices are in the currency displayed on the event page. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Attendee Cancellations
You may cancel your registration at any time before the event. Refund eligibility for paid events is determined by the host's refund policy, which is displayed on the event page. Meet2Learn platform fees are non-refundable.
Host Cancellations
If a host cancels an event, all registered attendees are notified by email. For paid events, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
Platform-Initiated Cancellations
If we remove an event due to a Terms violation, refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
The Meet2Learn platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Platform without our express written permission.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the content, quality, or delivery of events created by third-party hosts. Any disputes between attendees and hosts are between those parties; we are not a party to those disputes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meet2Learn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any event.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
