About this event

No coding, programming, or AI development experience required.

During this hands-on workshop, participants will create an AI application that can draw from uploaded documents and resources, answer questions based on those materials, and be shared immediately through a simple web link. Whether you want to support students, streamline workflows, or create specialized educational tools, you will learn how to turn your ideas into working AI applications.

Examples of applications participants can create include:

  • Clinical Observation Assistants
  • Student FAQ Bots
  • Research Paper Analyzers
  • Curriculum Alignment Tools
  • Accreditation Support Assistants
  • Faculty and Staff Resource Assistants
  • Lesson Planning and Instructional Support Tools

Participants are encouraged to bring an idea for an AI assistant they would like to create. You will have an opportunity to begin building it during the session.

What You'll Walk Away With

  1. A free TeacherServerPro account with your first AI app built during the session
  2. The ability to upload your own documents as AI reference material (Knowledgebase)
  3. A strategy for building a FAQ library your AI app uses automatically
  4. A shareable link to your app, ready to use with students or colleagues
  5. A Certificate of Completion for professional development

What You'll Build

  • A custom AI application designed for your needs
  • A document-aware AI assistant that can use your uploaded resources
  • A shareable AI tool that can support students, colleagues, or clients
  • A repeatable process for creating additional AI applications in the future

A Note from the Presenters

We built TeacherServerPro because we kept seeing the same frustration: educators knew exactly what kind of AI tool they needed, but couldn't find it — or couldn't afford to have it built. Now you can build it yourself in the time it takes to write a lesson plan. We'll show you exactly how.

TeacherServerPro and this workshop are completely free. No credit card, subscription, trial period, or payment information is required.

What You'll Learn
  • Build a working AI app from scratch during the session using only plain English — no code, no technical setup, just your idea and a browser.
  • Design custom input forms that collect exactly what you need from users — text, multiple choice, dropdowns, or PDF uploads — and get AI responses tailored to those inputs.
  • Upload your own documents (syllabi, rubrics, handbooks, research papers) as a permanent Knowledgebase so the AI draws from your materials every time someone uses your app — automatically, without users uploading anything.
  • Create a FAQ library for your app, organized by category, so the AI answers common questions exactly the way you would — built manually, imported from a PDF, or both.
  • Write AI instructions in plain language that control how your app thinks, responds, and behaves — setting the tone, format, and focus to match your specific use case.
  • Publish your app with a single shareable link and deploy it immediately to students, colleagues, or the public — no login required for users, no hosting to manage.
  • Leave with at least one fully functional AI app ready to use, plus the skills to build more independently after the session.
